Has anyone developed a reliable Revit-Civil 3D hybrid workflow for projects that need both building MEP and road infrastructure in the same CDE? Looking for best practices on coordinate systems and shared datums.

Working on a scan-to-BIM project using Leica Cyclone and ReCap for an airport terminal. What's your recommended tolerance for MEP as-built modeling from point clouds? We're targeting ±10mm but wondering if that's realistic for dense mechanical rooms.
